We loved it during our good stay. Check in was fast, hotel was cozy, locations was stunning next to a subway. Great service, although a few employees were not very friendly.

Had fairly basic breakfast, it might be way much better.

The hotel has a fantastic location very close to restaurants, other neighborhoods, and North Beach where you can find many excellent restaurants and bars. the room is well-equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette, as well as amenities like coffee and a carpet.

The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Year Up. It's close to Chinatown and the shopping center. I appreciated getting a compact room in a separate space upon arrival.

The room with a queen bed looked great and had everything we needed. It's in an awesome spot with a cool tower close by. 🏙️

The only service that I missed for my work was a lack of a safe in the room for storing important documents and valuables.

The rooms with a sofa sleeper for our toddler had a friendly family atmosphere. the location was ideal and calm, just a short walk from the Port of San Francisco. - the staff was incredibly helpful and always available.
